I’ve been in the homeschool industry for nearly 35 years! I was homeschooled as a student, I educated my own five kiddos at home, and I’ve owned multiple brands in homeschool market over the past twenty years. I am passionate about teaching, marketing, understanding people, and most of all programming!
I created Well Planned Advertiser as a community solution to the growing challenges homeschool business owners face. Our emails deliver, but homeschool moms don’t seem to open them as quickly. Our budgets for social media have tripled, but algorithms prevent the impressions! We have the web traffic, but conversions are not keeping pace.
My solution was to go big! Developing a DSP integration with industry giants like Microsoft, Comcast, Google, and Amazon. Now, homeschool companies can gain access to the ad exchange and much more! Serving the homeschool community since 2007, Home Educating Family continually creates online resources, teaching tools, and social community for homeschool families. In order to accomplish this, we have worked to be at the forefront of technological advancements, allowing us to be the first to create many specialized products and services for the homeschool community.
What began nearly two decades ago with a homeschool magazine has since become an array of specialized services, products, and brands. Home Educating Family was the first to create a virtual homeschool convention, enabling companies to display their resources at a fraction of the cost of a physical convention. We also created the first digital homeschool planner with integrated lesson plans, a one-stop online homeschool resource and training source, and a used book marketplace specifically designed for homeschool resources.
Additionally, Home Educating Family was the first to build a homeschool eblast list and create a solid platform to allow companies trusted access to the homeschool community. We have also helped companies restructure their websites and digital footprint to help them more effectively reach the homeschool community.
