2025 Baketivity Marketing Agreement – Final Settlement

Settlement Payment

As of August 11, 2025, Baketivity has unilaterally terminated access to all accounts and platforms associated with the services provided by Well Planned Advertiser. Such actions constitute a breach of the 2025 Baketivity Marketing Services Agreement and do not discharge, waive, or otherwise diminish Baketivity’s legal and contractual obligation to remit payment in full for all amounts due under said Agreement.

In the interest of an amicable and expedient resolution, Well Planned Advertiser has agreed to accept a reduced settlement payment of $17,105.02. This amount reflects:

• $16,451.61 – Services rendered August 1–10, 2025
• $653.41 – Reimbursement for legacy Google Ads campaign spend from July 2025 charged to our corporate card

Upon receipt of this payment and written confirmation with a screenshot showing that Well Planned Advertiser’s corporate credit card has been removed from all META and Google Ads accounts, the account will be considered settled in full.

This is a final settlement offer. If this payment is not received in full by the due date, Well Planned Advertiser reserves all rights and remedies under applicable law to collect the original outstanding balance of $136,951.61, including but not limited to interest, collection fees, and legal action.
